Thank you for choosing me as your cosmetic tattoo artist! Please make sure to read my policies before booking an appointment.
All bookings require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to secure the session. An appointment is NOT confirmed or reserved until the deposit is paid. Deposit amount is deducted from the final cost of the service once service is completed
If sending the deposit via direct bank transfer, a screenshot of the receipt is required as proof of payment, no appointment will be booked without proof of payment.
If you wish to pay more than the required amount for your deposit, that is fine but please note that I will not refund the difference if you choose to reschedule or cancel as the amount paid is treated as the deposit and therefore is non-refundable.
Cosmetic tattooing requires a minimum deposit of $100, larger sessions which require more time can require up to a $300 deposit.
Non tattoo services require a smaller deposit ranging from $10-$50 depending on the service time.
No cancellations or changes within 48 hours of your appointment.
If rescheduling, your deposit can be transferred to your new date once before a new deposit will be required.
If you wish to cancel a booking, your deposit paid is strictly non refundable. This deposit can be legally kept as per Fair Trading Legislation. When booking I require a minimum $100 deposit and up to $300 for larger bookings (Smaller for non tattoo services)
If you fail to show for your appointment, or reschedule/cancel within 48 hours, your card on file will be charged 50% of your total appointment cost.
If no card is on file, you will not be able to rebook until this fee is paid.
By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to these terms.
Cancellation fee does not apply to consults.
(1.59% surcharge for card payments)
Please keep in mind that I am a small business and every client and every hour counts. Please let me know if you are running late for your appointment. A specific set amount of time is allocated for your appointment. If you are running more than 15 minutes late and do not communicate this, your appointment will be deemed no shown. Your deposit will be forfeit and you will be charged a cancellation fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late, even with communication, your appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled at my discretion as there may not be enough time available in my day to complete your service. Clients who are frequently late may be denied future appointments.
Contraindications
**It is heavily recommended to purchase numbing for a more comfortable, painless session. Not purchasing numbing means you will not be numbed during your appointment.**
You can purchase numbing creams from this link below. This leads to the Keperra Compounding Phamarcy. Instructions on how to fill this out will be on your booking confirmation email.
The cost of this falls on you as the client as these are prescription anaesthetics specifically for YOU.
The cost of these creams are roughly $35. If you have booked a package deal like brows and liner in the same session, you will need a set of numbing for each area as the pharmarcy only provides enough numbing for one area. You can choose to pick it up from the pharmarcy in Keperra or have it posted to you or my studio for a small fee.

Important Warning: Do not use cheap numbing creams such as 'Emla', 'TKTX', and 'NUMBIT,' which contain cheap and harmful ingredients that can warp your skins texture, cause infection, and negatively impact both the tattooing and healing process. I am not responsible for any adverse effects if you choose to ignore this warning and use these creams.
Application recommendation:
Clients are expected to arrive for their appointment with clean and well-maintained skin in the tattoo area. Failure to adhere to basic hygiene standards may result in refusal of service.
I maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times. Any form of inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to verbal abuse, harassment, or intoxication, will not be tolerated and may lead to refusal of service.
Clients who have a history of chronic lateness, frequent cancellations, or no-shows may be refused future appointments.
